What sets this mindfulness experience apart is our comprehensive approach to integrating mindfulness into daily life through various forms of meditation. In addition to meditation practices, we focus on understanding the nervous system and brain states, emphasizing the importance of creating safety and connection as a foundation for a sustainable mindfulness practice. Without the ability to recognize and identify emotional and survival states, mindfulness practices can sometimes lead to increased distress within the brain-mind-body system. Instead of relying on coping mechanisms that merely mask experiences, we explore regulating resources that genuinely transform our experience and enhance our capacity to manage stress effectively.


In our modern world, we are rewarded for facing unhealthy stress and stuffing our emotions down to push through. This mindset actually creates disease in our body, keeps our brains feeling like we are under threat and distorts our cognition, which could make it difficult to create a successful mindfulness practice.
