Additionally, you will enjoy a mindful movement practice and a restorative rest session enhanced by sound medicine. No prior yoga experience is required.

All supplies are included. 3.5” hand casted stone, dotting tools & paint.. 18” square tops that sit well on yoga blocks will also be provided.
