When I embarked on my journey into yoga, teaching was not my initial goal. However, through immersing myself in yoga philosophy and experiencing profound healing in both body and mind, I developed a deep passion for sharing this transformative practice with others. Yoga has brought immense awareness and peace into my life, providing a solid and sustainable foundation upon which I continue to build.
I specialize in trauma-informed, gentle, and restorative yoga, integrating a polyvagal approach that incorporates somatic embodiment and vagus nerve practices. My sessions empower students to cultivate a deeper awareness of their nervous system and body, guiding them to navigate and release survival stress in a safe and effective manner.
