The Art of You weaves mindfulness, creativity, and nervous system education rooted in Polyvagal Theory—a powerful framework that helps us understand how safety, connection, and regulation shape our inner world. Throughout the program, you’ll learn how to become an ally with survival energy, expanding your capacity for authentic self-reflection and greater self-agency.
Each week, you’ll gather in a supportive circle. Sharing insights, reflections, and stories that remind you that healing happens in connection. Through mindfulness practices, meditative painting, and group sharing, you’ll learn to translate new awareness into creative expression and embodied wisdom. By the end of the journey, your canvas, and your inner landscape, will reflect a newfound sense of balance, self-compassion, and creative flow born from honoring the innate intelligence of your body and the healing power of community.
Each weekly session is 3 hours. 1 hour of experiential practice, 1 hour of expressive art and 1 hour of reflection and group sharing.

The program includes:
· 18 hours of in-person experience
· 50 page workbook
· 24"x24" canvas and all painting supplies
· (2) recorded educational videos
· (2) recorded sequences for home practice
· (7) recorded meditations for home practice
